We consider good relationships with top area buyer’s agents a real priority. Communication is the key to finding that perfect the right offer and it continues through the close of escrow. Our in-house IT department has developed an automated phone system, allowing agents to find out the status of a listing, number of offers and any other necessary information they need, any time of day. This same technology flows through to our new and improved website. Agents have direct access to the information they need most. They also have quick access to the listing agent.

When they submit an offer, we pride ourselves on quick response, keeping them updated as to the status of their offer. We were surprised to find out how many of the “big guys” give such poor service to the critical “agent relations part of selling!” Our quick responses keep agents coming back! Out of 672 buyer’s agents that have made offers in the past, 15% have made additional offers on our other properties. That’s satisfaction that keeps them coming back again and again.

This is why, although we use a support staff to lighten the load, and buyer’s agents to work with incoming leads, we also give direct and easy ways for anyone to speak directly with Billy… and if, for any reason he’s unavailable, the call will be received by someone or a quick callback will be made.
