How do I get a Wells Fargo Pre-Qualification?
- Purchase Agreement filled out COMPLETELY
- An incomplete purchase agreement may delay or prohibit the submission of the offer, resulting in opportunities for other offers to be accepted.
- Please double check all fields have been filled in / all initials and signatures included.
- Verify all monetary values are correct and any calculations add up to total.
- Calculate all % to dollars.
- Copy of EMD Check
- Must be in buyer(s) name(s) AND must be signed (no starter checks / name imprinted)
- Must be made out to Title or your broker's office
- Copies of CASH are NOT acceptable.
- Proof of Funds (POF) / Pre-Qualification / Pre-Approval (One of the Following is REQUIRED)
- Proof of Funds (POF)
- If it is a cash offer, or your offer includes more than 20% in down payment, proof of funds (POF) is required.
- Copy of buyer(s) bank statement or bank letter signed by bank officer with buyer(s) name(s)
- Current date (must be dated within 60 days).
- Pre-Qualification Letter
- Only acceptable from Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) or other approved JV lender.
- If Wells Fargo Pre-Qualification is needed:
- There are no fees required for obtaining a wells fargo Pre-Qualification
- A credit report is not required to obtain a Wells Fargo Pre-Qualification
